Process automation
Business automation: let systems do the repetitive work
How many hours does your team spend each week copying data between systems, compiling reports or chasing requests by email? We design automations that connect your systems and do this work automatically, so your people can focus on work that needs a human.
What we can automate
System integration
A new website request is logged in your sales system and tracking sheet, and the right person is alerted, with no manual entry.
Automatic reports
Daily or weekly reports compiled from several sources and sent to email or WhatsApp on time.
Document reading
AI extracts data from invoices, forms and documents and enters it after review.
Customer service
An AI agent on WhatsApp answers customers and logs their requests in your system.
How we work
- Map the current process and find the manual, repeated steps.
- Start with the highest-impact, lowest-complexity automation.
- Build and connect it through your systems' APIs, with a log of every run.
- Keep human review where needed, especially for financial or sensitive decisions.
- Monitor after launch and improve with your team's feedback.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to replace our systems?
Usually not. We connect existing systems through their APIs or available exports, and only suggest a change if a system cannot be connected.
Automation or AI agent?
The AI agent talks to customers on WhatsApp or your website. Business automation covers what happens behind the scenes. They often work together.
How is it priced?
By the number of flows, connected systems and usage, as a one-off setup or a subscription that includes operation. We quote after understanding your needs.
Which task do you want to get rid of?
Describe one repeated process and we will suggest how to automate it.
