How much does the online booking system cost?
SAR 99 per month before 15% VAT. It is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime from My account, and it stays active until the end of the paid month.
Can customers book appointments from their phone?
Yes. The booking page is designed for mobile, so customers can book from their phone at any time. It appears in your website's language.
Can two customers book the same time slot?
You decide how many bookings are allowed at the same time, for example one for a single doctor or more for a salon with several staff. When the slot is full it closes automatically.
How do I add online booking to my website?
You need a website built with Oxira Studio. Turn on the booking add-on from My account and set your hours and appointment length. Services are taken from your website's services section, so there is nothing to enter twice.
Do customers get an appointment reminder?
Yes. If the customer gives an email, they get a reminder the day before, as well as an email when the booking is confirmed or cancelled. You get an email for each new booking and a daily list of appointments.
