Can customers leave a rating from their phone?
Yes. Customers scan the QR code or open the link on their phone and pick their stars on a mobile-friendly page. The page appears in your website's language.
How do I find my Google review link?
In your Google Business Profile, choose the option to ask for reviews and copy the link, then paste it into the add-on settings in My account. The Google button on your review page will then open your review form directly.
Do you buy or write reviews?
No. We never buy, write or filter reviews. Every Google review is written by your real customers themselves, and every customer is offered the same button to review you on Google.
What happens when a customer gives a low rating?
They can still post their review on Google like any other customer. In addition, ratings of 1 to 3 stars and any comment they write are emailed to you privately, so you hear about the problem early and can contact the customer to put it right.
