Frequently asked questions
How much does the event ticketing platform cost?
There is no monthly fee, only 5% of each ticket sold. Ticket revenue is transferred to you monthly minus that 5%, and fees exclude 15% VAT. Free invitation tickets carry no fee.
Can people buy tickets on their phone?
Yes. The ticket page works on mobile and guests pay with mada, Apple Pay or a card. The ticket arrives by email and they show it on their phone at the entrance.
How do I check tickets at the event entrance?
Open check-in in My account, then scan the QR code with your phone camera or type the ticket code. You see straight away whether the ticket is valid or already used.
When do I receive the money from ticket sales?
Ticket revenue is transferred to the organiser monthly, minus the 5% fee. You can follow tickets sold at any time from the live sales list in My account.
Which payment methods can guests use to buy tickets?
Guests pay with mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay through the Moyasar payment gateway. You can also issue free invitation tickets that need no payment.
